The strategic challenge of Zurich’s City Hospital Waid is to answer growing competitive pressure while being goverrned by administrational affiliation and having to consider political requirements simultaneously. Taking this into account, the task was to reconsider their positioning and their corporate design which had been watered down over years of inordinate use.    

Varese Corridor has revised their vision, mission and guiding principles seeking to make the brand more humane and to stay abreast of changing market conditions. Subsequently, a new brand promise and corporate design were developed as well as a new scheme for publications – all within the framework of the city’s administrational standards. Apart from conceiving an extensive image pool including photoshoot, an icon-system and numerous print products, we have advised on the digital rebranding. For special events like Open Day and Induction Days we implemented various independent communication activities in reference to the new corporate design.
